Warm Tips:

1. Please touch the little bumps on the back of the wireless car charger to release your phone.

2. After installing the product on the vent/dashboard/windshield, please make sure to tighten the nut at the ball joint again.

3. The suction cup only fits for flat surfaces, not for curved, soft, vinyl, plush fabric, or uneven surfaces.

4. The wireless car charger supports charging through phone cases up to 0.197 inches (5mm) thick.

5. Please note that cases made of metal, external attachments such as magnets, credit cards, grips, stands and otterbox defender series cases will interfere with charging.

6. It is compatible with horizontal and vertical vents, but not with other types of air vents.
