Why the smart door sensor can’t connect to the wifi?

Please check the number of devices connected to the wifi router, When the number of devices exceeds the performance of the router, the wifi connection would be unstable or failed.

My network is fast and stable, but the device latency is always high?

Our cloud server is not able to cover the area where you live, causing high latency between the cloud server you need to access and your device.

Why does the door sensor haven’t an alarm notification?
